Approximately 500 people could fill this building for your event. Popular for company gatherings, small animal shows or receptions, the Premium Building has air, heat and overhead door access. Parking in our main lot.

For those fine dining occasions, Western Town is just right. This space seats 135 for dinner, has a holding kitchen and serving bar, and opens to patio decking on both sides. Its beautiful lighting and wood floors are perfect for small business meetings or family gatherings. The north side opens to a covered patio and park area, with a gazebo stage. Air, heat; breaks down to three separate rooms. Parking adjacent.

Livestock events need larger spaces. Expo Idaho offers the various facilities for rent, including four separate show rings, two riding arenas, two horse barns with 9’x9’ stalls and a draft horse barn with 14’x14’ stalls. Evening lighting, announcer stands, arena work and shavings available.

Park Areas: Abundant and beautiful at Expo Idaho. Used by some for sporting events and by others for outdoor shows, the opportunities are endless. Plentiful cottonwood trees cover the grounds for shade in the sunny Idaho summers. Rented by the particular park area.

Gazebos: Three separate gazebos are available for your party, band or show. Various types of seating, access to parking and power are available. Bleachers or picnic tables can be placed.

Blacktop: Flea markets, car shows and race meets find the blacktop perfect for eventing. Since parking is available for 4,000 cars at Expo Idaho, there is usually plenty of blacktop.
